Max completed his education at the Academy for World Trade (now Vienna Economics University) before starting his career representing Austrian stationery and paper producers in the Middle East and Africa. He founded Bomo in 1978 as a joint venture between Modo AB of Sweden and Borregaard of Norway. A true legend of the industry, Max has been instrumental in driving innovation and change in our sector for over forty years.
Adolph joined the company in 1983 following a successful career in civil aviation with Lufthansa in the Arabian Gulf region.

Constantin completed his education in the United Kingdom with a Masters’ Degree from the Univesity of Manchester. Since joining the company he has overseen developments targeting efficiency and profitability gains, as well as the development of our Eastern European operations. In 2015 he was elected to the Foreign Trade Council of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
Mucahit studied Mechanical Engineering at the renowned Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) in Ankara, Turkey before completing his education with an MSc from the Technical University in Vienna. He joined Cypap Papier shortly after graduation and has developed our activities in Turkey and the African regions to a formidable level.
